Inflatable Air Bag
The air column bag also known as the inflatable air column bag is a new-type packaging in the 21 century that uses natural air for filling. It provides comprehensive column-type cushioning protection for products, minimizingthe loss rate during product transportation.
The cushioning air column is made of non-polluting LLDPE material, featuring properties such as cold-resistance, moisture-resistance, high-pressure resistance and good sealing. It is composed of 90% air and 5% film and can withstand temperatures ranging from -35℃ tp 65℃. A single package can bear a maximum weight of 100kg. The plastic material is waterproof and better protecting the products.
The cushioning air column consists of independent air columns and can be designed according to the customers’ product. It is customized in size. Customers only need to be equipped with a simple air compressor to carry out prodcut packaing at any time. It can be integrated with existing packaging methods and doesn’t take up storage space and reduces the investment in labor costs.
